How does iTero work?
The iTero scanner captures the structure of your teeth and gums with the latest optical technology, using a compact, hand-held wand. Once your orthodontist starts scanning, they can stop and restart as many times as needed.
A radiation-free laser scans your mouth, and in as little as two to three minutes it builds a digitally perfect 3D impression of your teeth and soft tissue. You can follow along on our screen, including a 3D model of your teeth. The iTero scanner works for any orthodontic treatment, including Invisalign®.
