The Invisalign Treatment Process
Your First Consultation
At your first visit, we'll talk through your orthodontic needs and see whether Invisalign treatment is a good fit for you.
Your Custom Treatment Plan
We'll use a scanner like the iTero® digital scanning system to capture fast, precise 3D images of your teeth. From there, we'll map out an exact plan, including how your teeth will move and how long treatment will take. You'll even get to preview your new smile before you begin.
Your Invisalign Clear Aligners
Your custom aligners are made from Invisalign's proprietary SmartTrack® material. They're virtually invisible, so most people won't notice you're wearing them.
For the best results, wear your aligners 20 to 22 hours a day, taking them out only to eat, brush, and floss.
Your Progress
As you move through each set of aligners, your teeth shift gently and gradually into place. We may have you start a new set every week and come in for checkups about every six weeks.
Taking Care of Your New Smile
Once you finish treatment, ask us about a Vivera® retainer. Vivera retainers are custom-made with the same advanced technology as Invisalign clear aligners.
